Ivy Rose was registered as a residential service for adults with learning disabilities in November 2001. It provides care and support to 5 individuals and is of a mixed occupancy.

Ivy Rose is a first floor self contained living space adjoined to and within the regulated activity of Ivy Dene

Ivy Rose has 5 bedrooms with washing facilities, a living room, a kitchen, shower room and utility room. People who live at Ivy Rose are supported towards a more increased level of independence, this may include having a key to the main entrance of the home, support to self-medicate, cooking and cleaning within a safe and supported environment in preparation to potentially move on within the community where appropriate.

To the side of the property there is a spacious seating area where individual can relax or tend to the flower pots. The location of the home enables people to walk to the local shops or access the bus service where people can travel to Pontefract, Castleford or even further afield. The home also offers ample parking spaces.
