You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, shaping a service where high-quality care, compassion and empowerment are key.

Role: Registered Manager

Service: Ivy Cottage (North Featherstone)

Salary: Circa £42,000 dependant on experience

Shift: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with on-call responsibilities and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Opened in 2000, our North Featherstone site supports 14 amazing individuals, across two homes, with a variety of support needs including learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

Your role & you

You will be a front-line, visible and hands on Registered Manager. You will know how to get the best out of people, enjoy seeing your team empowered and able to progress, and most importantly be determined to achieve the best outcomes possible for the people we support.

Who we are looking for?

· Someone in a strong background within adult Learning Disabilities services at Registered Manager level or higher is essential

· Possess an NVQ level 4/5 in health and social care

· Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DOLS, Safeguarding and CQC regulations

· Be a driver with your own vehicle as the position includes on-call duties

· Time management and organisational skills
