We are looking to recruit a talented, experienced Registered Service Manager to join our amazing team and run our 20 bed residential home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Ivy Care has been specialising in providing care for over 20 years to people in residential services.
Who we are looking for; We are keen to hear from individuals who have a background in Learning Disabilities, Registered Care and managing services with clients who have complex needs, looking to make the next incredible career move.
> Manage the day to day running of the business, including all relevant line management and ongoing development responsibilities.
> Build and maintain relationships with all relevant local stakeholders. Arrange and attend regular meetings with stakeholders and utilise relationships to promote business growth or ensure prevention or resolution of issues.
> Complete relevant quarterly quality audits with the support of your team to promote the identification of issues that may lead to service issues which could negatively affect the business.
> Make sure the office maintains accurate and up to date records and reporting systems in accordance CQC requirements and company policy
> Provide leadership, management and support to a dedicated support team.
